Call Intelligence
Every call graded. Every promise tracked. Every excuse eliminated.
Your reps make promises on every call. We built a system that listens, grades, extracts those promises, and verifies them against your actual business records - automatically. No manual review. No honor system.
01How it works
From raw call to verified accountability
- Step 01
Capture
Every inbound and outbound call is automatically captured and fed into the intelligence pipeline. No manual recording, no rep opt-in required. English and Spanish.
- Step 02
Analyze
Each call is transcribed, speaker-separated, and analyzed across 8 weighted dimensions. The system identifies who actually spoke (not just who was assigned the call), extracts promises, flags red flags, and scores the interaction - with verbatim evidence from the conversation.
- Step 03
Verify
Promises - “I’ll send that quote,” “It ships tomorrow,” “I’ll call you back” - are extracted and checked against your actual system of record. Did the quote get created? Did the shipment go out? Did the callback happen? Tasks auto-close only when the system finds real proof. Never on someone's word.
- Step 04
Act
Missed calls post to your team channel with caller context. Tasks route to the specific rep who owes the action. Managers get visibility without micromanaging. The system runs autonomously - hourly, every day, with no human kicking it off.
OBJECTION01:06
Customer: “That’s higher than what I’m paying now.” Price pushback logged with the exact quote.
KNOWLEDGE GAP01:45

OBJECTION HANDLED03:04
Rep came back with volume terms and same-day pickup. Customer agreed to move forward.
RED FLAG · PROMISE04:14

OBJECTION HANDLED03:04
Advisor walked through OEM parts and a same-day loaner. Customer booked the appointment.
RED FLAG · PROMISE04:14

Evidence - Objection Handling
“I hear you on price. Let me run the volume tier - and I can have it staged for pickup today.”
Rep, 03:04 - scored for addressing the concern head-on instead of discounting.
Illustrative - not real call data
Every score comes with verbatim quotes from the call. No abstract ratings - you see exactly what the rep said and why it scored the way it did.
03Promise verification
Promises aren't tracked on a whiteboard. They're verified against your records.
Most "accountability" tools create tasks and hope someone checks them off. We verify against the source of truth.
A rep says “I’ll send that quote by end of day.” The system extracts the promise, sets a deadline, and checks your invoicing system. If the quote exists - the promise closes automatically with the record number as evidence. If it doesn't - it stays open and the rep sees it.
"Tasks auto-close only when the system finds real proof the work was done. A matching invoice number. A confirmed shipment. An outbound call log. Never on someone's word alone."
What the system verifies against:
- 01Invoicing and estimating systems (was the quote/invoice actually created?)
- 02Inventory and order management (did the order ship? was it packed?)
- 03Outbound call logs (did the promised callback actually happen?)
Promise detected02:14
“I’ll get you that quote today.”
Extracted from the call. Deadline set to end of business. Assigned to the rep who said it.
Checking records
Not a checkbox someone ticks. The hub looks for the actual record in your systems.
Closed with proof4:02 PM
Quote #Q-4512 created.
Task auto-closed with the record attached. If the quote never existed, it would still be open - and visible.
Promise detected10:22
“Your car will be ready by 5 today.”
Extracted from the service call. Deadline set to 5:00 PM. Assigned to the advisor who said it.
Checking records
Not a checkbox someone ticks. The hub watches the actual repair order, not the advisor's word.
Closed with proof4:41 PM
RO #18734 closed - vehicle ready.
Task auto-closed with the RO attached. If the car weren't ready at 5, you'd know before the customer does.
Illustrative - not a real record
04Beyond grading
It does more than grade calls
Missed Call Recovery
Every missed call posts to your team channel with caller context. Reps claim and close in real time. Nobody falls through the cracks.
Customer Timeline
Every phone call, invoice, estimate, and interaction merged into one chronological view per customer. Anyone picking up the phone knows the full history before saying hello.
Smart Quiet Hours
The system respects your business hours and holidays. No alerts at midnight, no weekend noise. When the store is closed, the system is silent.
Bilingual Analysis
English and Spanish calls analyzed natively. Spanish calls get both the original transcript and a full English translation so any reviewer can grade the call.
Natural Language Search
Ask the system anything in plain English: "Who had the most red flags this week?" "Did Mike send the quote he promised yesterday?" "What's our average hold time?" Answers come back with the actual data and the call records that back them up.
05Integration
We integrate with your existing stack
You don't change phone providers. You don't port numbers. You don't rip out your CRM or your invoicing system. We build connectors to the systems you already run - the intelligence hub sits on top.
Currently serving businesses on major VoIP platforms and cloud phone systems. If your phone system records calls and has an API, we can likely connect.
06Deployment
Choose how your data is handled
Cloud
- AI processing runs on secured, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure
- Lowest upfront cost, fastest to deploy
- Ideal for proving ROI before committing to hardware
On-Premise
- Everything runs on hardware in your building
- Your calls, your data, processed and stored on-site
- Your data never leaves your building
The "your data never leaves your building" claim applies exclusively to on-premise deployments. Cloud deployments process data through secured cloud infrastructure.
