UP100x AI is founded by Omair Bhatti, CEO - two decades running a technically complex lighting and electrical distribution business: high SKU count, constant staff turnover, customers who expect an expert on the phone every time.

When we brought AI systems into that business through UP100x, the payoff wasn't theoretical - it paid for itself almost immediately, and kept paying. That's the proof point behind everything UP100x builds for other businesses like ours.

The problem we set out to fix

It happens almost daily: a sales rep promises a callback, a quote, a ship date - then moves to the next task and forgets, until the customer calls back angry that the promise was never kept. At our scale, that pattern was costing real revenue every month in lost trust and lost orders - and once we measured it, we had the call data and the invoices to prove it.

Customer service has always been our edge against the online giants selling factory-direct. But after decades doing business across the world, we watched American customer service erode - people are less patient, less brand-loyal, and one bad experience now spreads online fast enough to do real damage.

We wanted certainty: that every inquiry, no matter how small, got handled with care and speed - and that we could prove it, not just hope for it.

We founded UP100x for businesses built like ours - showrooms, distributors, professional B2B sales channels, and car dealerships: operations that live on the phone, where call volume long ago outgrew what any owner can personally keep up with. Our job is to carry them through the shift into AI - every member of the team equipped with the best tools available.

The results

Across one measured window (May 23 – July 15, 2026), the follow-through our call intelligence system enforced was tied to $11,000–$37,000 in real, invoice-matched revenue - recovered from customers who would otherwise have fallen through the cracks.

Every number here is pulled from actual invoices, not projections. Call quality scores rose from 66.5 to 76.6 over the same period; calls with real problems dropped by half.
